Eleventyone step by step
- Form and season the sirloin. Pan fry in a skillet.
- Add cheese on top.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover let the cheese melt.
- Add the onions to pan.
- Add wine and celery salt let simmer stirring occasionally.
- Cook till all the juices are gone set aside.
- Split the chicken in half add to the pan with 1/4 cup of oil.
- Turn after 3 and a half minutes. Add the rest of spices to the cooked side.
- Cook 4 minutes cover and add 2 tablespoons of water let steam 5 minutes.
- Toast the buns in a skillet.
- Start making the sandwiches.
